Celebrity chef Robert Oliver is heading to Tonga this afternoon to host the Graze and Feast event in support of Breast Cancer Week.

Breast cancer is the leading cancer affecting women in Tonga with 12 cases confirmed between January and July this year.

Robert Oliver will talk about the benefits traditional natural food brings to good health and well being.

"It is a Breast Cancer Awareness event and the notion of Pacific wellness sits within that," says Oliver. "I've worked on writing the cook books and doing the TV and packaging up the traditional knowledge from the Pacific. If we were eating the whole, natural foods that we used to eat we wouldn't have these problems."

Proceeds from the event will go to the Tonga Breast Cancer Association.
