Pacific fashionista Ellen Whippy-Knight made the most of last month's Commonwealth Fashion exchange at London's Buckingham Palace, to invite some of the world's top designers and fashion editors to Suva.
She says she's invited New Zealand's Karen Walker, New York-based Vogue editor Anna Wintour - the inspiration behind the film The Devil Wears Prada.

Whippy-Knight understands some of her invitees might not make it to Fiji, but says responses to Pacific fashion in London were nothing but positive.
"We're not up there at the moment in terms of commerciality but the interest in what the Pacific region is doing, was absolutely massive," she says.
"I was fielding questions from everybody about fashion in the Pacific."
Fiji Fashion Week will be held on May 25 to 26.
