Samoan-Kiwi choreographer Parris Goebel and Pacific-inspired chef Robert Oliver have been announced as 2017 Kea Award winners.
The Kea World Class New Zealand Awards acknowledges international success by exceptional Kiwis.
World-renowned chef, Robert Oliver, and choreographer and dancer, Parris Goebel, will both be receiving Kea Awards later this month.
Parris Goebel has swept the globe in recent years working alongside industry royalty like Justin Bieber, Nicki Minaj and Rihanna.
Chef and author Robert Oliver, has recently opened Kai Pasifika in Auckland, the first Pacific-style restaurant in New Zealand.
Oliver will be awarded for his contribution to promoting Pacific culture and says he is honoured.
