Fiao'o Fa'amausili is leading the New Zealand Black Ferns while Tiffany Faaee leads the USA Eagles.
Faaee, who was born in American Samoa and raised in New Zealand, has already led the American team to their first pool victory against Italy.
Meanwhile, Faamausili led the Black Ferns to a big 44-12 win over Wales this morning.
