The high school's award-winning submission involved an innovative scheme that included using solar power and biogas in the school's kitchen.
The biogas is produced at the school's piggery that is cleaned by rainwater which is also used for a vegetable garden.
The project also includes monitoring and measurement of data used in science classes.
